Refund policy
At our store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at nick@fulcrumre.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for an exchange.
Non-returnable items include gift cards and items marked as final sale.
